Pricing questions
Are there any hidden fees for customers?
No. The price you see on a service is the price you pay. Flourich does not add a customer-side platform fee or service charge. The 15% commission is taken from the creator's side.
When do creators get paid?
Funds are released to your Flourich balance once the customer accepts the delivered work. You can withdraw to your bank at any time, with no minimum threshold.
What does the 15% commission cover?
Payment processing (Stripe fees), platform hosting, customer support, dispute mediation, marketing that drives new bookings to your profile, and the ongoing development of features like the studio, messaging, and reviews.
Are there any setup fees or monthly costs?
No. Listing on Flourich is free. We only earn when you earn — if you don't take a booking, we don't take a penny.
What happens if a customer requests a refund?
If work hasn't been delivered or the issue can't be resolved through revisions, our support team will mediate. If a refund is approved, the platform commission is also refunded — we don't profit from cancelled bookings.
Can I offer different prices for different services?
Yes. Each service you list on your profile has its own price, duration and description. You can have unlimited services across the five categories: Photos, Videos, Editor, Graphics and UGC.
