You pay the creator's listed price. Flourich does not charge customers any platform fees. The price you see is the price you pay.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your payment is held safely until the booking is marked complete.

You can request revisions directly through the platform. Each service listing specifies how many revisions are included. If an issue cannot be resolved between you and the creator, contact our support team and we will step in to help.

Delivery times vary by creator and service type. Typical turnaround is 24–72 hours for remote services and 48 hours after an in-person session. Each creator sets their own delivery window, which is displayed on their service listing before you book.

Yes! Flourich operates across the whole UK. You can search by city or browse remote-only services available anywhere in the country. Many of our creators offer fully remote services — video editing, graphic design, UGC, and more — with no location restrictions.

Yes. Flourich uses Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor trusted by millions of businesses worldwide. Your card details are never stored on our servers — all payment data is handled entirely by Stripe.

Sign up for a creator account, build your profile, list your services with pricing and delivery times, and submit for approval. Our team personally reviews every new creator application within 48 hours to ensure quality across the platform.

You keep 85% of every booking. Flourich takes a 15% platform commission to cover payment processing, marketing, and the costs of running the platform. There are no monthly fees or hidden charges.

Earnings are released to your Flourich balance after a booking is marked complete. You can request a withdrawal to your bank account at any time. Payouts are processed within 2–5 business days depending on your bank.

No. You can list remote services and be discoverable across the entire UK regardless of your location. If you offer in-person services, you can specify your city and the radius you are willing to travel.

Photos, Videos, Editing, Graphics, and UGC (User Generated Content). Each category has specific sub-types you can select when creating a service listing, so customers can find exactly what they need.

Yes. You set your own prices for each service. Flourich shows you recommended pricing based on current market rates in your category through your dashboard, but you are free to charge whatever you feel reflects your skill and experience.

You'll receive a notification through the platform. You can view the customer's notes, make the necessary changes, and upload revised files directly through your studio. Revision requests do not count against your response rating when handled promptly.

After signing up and completing your profile, our team reviews your portfolio and service listings. We look for professional-quality work and a complete, accurate profile. Approval typically takes 24–48 hours, after which your services become visible to customers.
